Classical Composers Giveaway!

I recently shared how much I appreciate the service offered by Classical Composers Monthly. It is wonderful to have a nice, long resource list of a new composer emailed to my inbox every month! Extreme time-saver! As it turns out, the homeschooling mama who puts this together (with her son - very cool!) is a CC mama! Awesome! Erica Johns is graciously letting me giveaway a lifetime subscription to one of Classical Composer Monthly's three collections! Here's what's in each one:

Collection One
Schubert
Vivaldi
Mozart
Haydn
Bach
Tchaikovsky
Weber
Mendelssohn

Collection Two

Collection Three - Composers & Artists

Click here to see my review from the previous post. I really love not having to think about researching these composers; all the leg work's done! From free printables, like wordsearches and coloring pages, to free downloadable music and video clips, all the work is done for me. :)

Now, for the fun part!

If you'd like to win a lifetime subscription to Classical Composers Monthly, please enter below. In your comment, please tell me which collection you'd like to win. Easy cheesy!

I appreciate this service so much that I became an affiliate, something I've never done before. If you click on the links above to purchase a collection (if you don't win, that is!), I'll get a small percentage. In these uncertain financial times (can you say 'sequestration'), every little bit helps. Thanks for your support!

  1. I think I would go with collection one, although they all look great.
You know I am selfishly hoping you don't have too many entries. ;-)

Hope you and family are doing great. I just realize my two oldest still pray for Anna during bedtime prayers. I love how children have so much faith and they never seem to doubt that their prayers are being heard.

  3. A giveaway... yeah!! We are planning to start classical music this next summer/fall so this would be perfect. I guess we would need to start with collection 1, right?

  4. Hey Melody! I love classical music and hope to pass that on to my kiddos. My Sophie is already getting into the Swan Lake cartoon and recognizes the music now! We also do an annual trip to The Nutcracker at Christmas so she's starting to recognize some of that music, too. So I think collection 1 would be a fav for us.

    Thanks for the giveaway! ~Stacey

  5. How could one choose? I guess I'd say Collection 2 because those are names I am not as familiar with and would need to do more leg-work to teach. Thanks for doing this!

  8. Collection 1 please. When your attempt at pronouncing fugue sends your husband into fits of laughter one must acknowledge your need for help.

    Thanks,

  15. They all look great but I think I'd choose collection 1. Composers have always been my downfall in homeschooling. I need all the help I can get!

  16. I'd love to start with 1 and figure out how the lessons go. I know some of these composers somewhat well. It will help to learn the method. Then I can move to the other groupings.
